Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can also use the Track Order page on our site. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Check around your property, with neighbors, and with other household members. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note Lift Apparel is not liable for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties and import taxes which are the recipient's responsibility.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed will not be accepted. Sale items are final sale — no exceptions.

We cover return shipping on all approved returns. Once your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid label to your email at no cost to you.
Once we receive your item, we process it within 3–5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing sale items.

Each product has its own size chart — you can find it directly on the product page when you're checking out. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or staying true to size for a more fitted look.

Most men's styles run S–2XL. Women's styles run XS–XL. Size availability varies by product. We're working to expand our size range in future collections.
Our fabrics are built to hold their shape. Wash in cold water and tumble dry low or air dry. Avoid high heat — it can cause shrinkage over time.
