RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Request Approval
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Do not ship anything back without approval first.
Ship It Back
Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item in original condition with all tags still attached.
Get Your Refund
We inspect and process your return within 3–5 business days. Refund goes back to your original payment method.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To start a return, email info@liftapparelofficial.com with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
All returns are subject to inspection. Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
Eligible
- ✓Within 14 days of delivery
- ✓Unworn and unwashed
- ✓Original tags still attached
- ✓Original packaging intact
- ✓No odor, stains, or signs of use
- ✓Full-price items only
Not Eligible
- ✗Worn or washed items
- ✗Tags removed or cut off
- ✗Returned after 14 days
- ✗Sale or discounted items
- ✗Items with odor or visible wear
- ✗Unapproved returns
Once your return is approved, we cover the cost of return shipping and will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Do not ship items back without receiving written approval and a label from us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are evaluated case-by-case depending on availability and your situation. Email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for — our team will find the best solution.
Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as our standard return policy — items must be unworn, unwashed, and within the 14-day window.
All sale and discounted items are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchasing any sale items.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

- —A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.
