How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and you're done. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders fast often the same day. Email us immediately at info@liftapparelofficial.com if you need to change or cancel. We'll do our best, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is fulfilled and shipped.

I didn't receive a confirmation email what do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com with the name and email used at checkout and we'll look it up immediately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. You can also use the Track Order page on our site. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it.

Check around your property, with neighbors, and with other household members. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. Please note Lift Apparel is not liable for packages marked as delivered to the correct address.
