All orders are processed and shipped same day or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
We ship to all 50 states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We always select the most affordable carrier option for your specific order and destination. The carrier used for your order will be shown on your tracking confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website, or use the Track Order page on our site.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@liftapparelofficial.com.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, check around your property, with neighbors, and with other household members first.
If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Lift Apparel is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the correct address. We recommend adding a signature requirement at checkout if you're concerned about delivery security.

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to redirect it. Lift Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
