SIZE GUIDE
Every Lift Apparel piece has its own size chart built directly into the product page. We recommend checking the size chart on the specific item you're ordering for the most accurate fit. Still not sure? Email us at info@liftapparelofficial.com and we'll help you find the right size.
Check Each Product
Each item has its own size chart on the product page. Sizing can vary between styles so always check before ordering.
When In Doubt
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or staying true to size for a fitted look.

For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure in inches. Here's how:
- Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight
- Waist — Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips
- Inseam — Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle
- Shoulder — Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across your upper back
Once you have your measurements, compare them to the size chart on the product page you're shopping. Each chart will list the exact measurements for that specific garment.
Oversized fit — Our oversized tees and hoodies are designed with a relaxed, dropped shoulder silhouette. We recommend going true to size for our signature look. If you prefer a more fitted feel, size down one.
Athletic fit — Our athletic pieces are designed to move with you. They're cut to follow your body without restricting movement. These typically run true to size.
Shorts & bottoms — Our shorts and sweatpants feature elastic waistbands with adjustable drawstrings, making them flexible across sizes. When in doubt, size up for comfort.
To keep your Lift Apparel pieces looking fresh and fitting right after every wash:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry — avoid high heat
- Do not iron directly on graphics, prints, or embroidery
- Do not dry clean
Following these instructions will preserve the fabric quality, color, and fit of your gear wash after wash.
